ImportAppliances continues to remain open for business and is committed to delivering the newest European kitchen appliances to your home, wherever you live. This is often a challenging task during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, as manufacturers have closed their factories, countries have closed their borders and our couriers only have a very limited amount of airfreight spaces available. 

To make sure we can source your appliances, please feel free to contact us and check product availability. If you're on a tight installation schedule, please let us know, so we can double-check with our courier partners TNT and FedEx if they are able to fly to your destination and meet the required deadline. 

We have focused on social distancing for our team in the office and warehouse to keep them as safe and well as possible and minimise risk. We might take a little longer to get your orders to you but we'll keep you posted on any delays. Thank you for your support and patience.

2021 update:

June 2021; Unfortunately, an unstable supply of products is likely to continue throughout 2021. As all our manufacturers announce more delivery delays to be expected.
Due to the Corona pandemic, there is a huge increase in the demand for household appliances worldwide. The pandemic also affects the supply of raw materials, electronics and other materials. This unstable situation intervenes directly in the production process and thus creates unpredictability and delay.
Our manufacturers inform us that as soon as the delivery time is known, they will pass it on to us (ImportAppliances) so that we can inform you and get your order rapidly shipped and delivered.
